Cosmetology // Manicure
The Cosmetology Course is a 1500 hour program of training dealing with hair, nails and face, requiring approximately nine months at full-time, or approximately 15 months at part-time attendance.
General Schedule
Full Time Cosmetology
8:30 am-5:00 pm, M-F
(40 hours/week, 9 months duration)
Part Time Cosmetology
5:00 pm-10:00 pm, M-F
(25 hours/week, 15 months duration)
Holidays and School Closures
Classes are in session year round, with the exception of the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Break
In the event the college should be closed due to extenuating circumstances, a representative will systematically contact all students by phone. If the closure is weather related, it will be broadcast on KTTS radio (94.7) and in the cancellation crawl line on local television stations.
